The SRWMD Map Modernization Program gives local communities the tools and resources they need to better manage, assess and plan for development and construction in flood prone areas.

Public, elected officials, planners, emergency management personnel and others will have immediate access to updated flood and hazard data that will help them to make sound decisions and improve flood emergency operations.

Together, the SRWMD and FEMA hope to save more lives and protect property through this information and outreach partnership program.
